You can order through our shopping cart system 24 hours 365 days a year.

What if I do not
see an item I am looking for?
Sports
Card Central currently stocks over 3000 different items with new items
added daily. We are currently building our inventory at the request of
many customers to include older and vintage wax boxes and sets. You can
call us if you do not see an item you would like at 217-756-3314 or email
us at info@sccentral.com with any questions. We can often locate a box
or set that you might be interested in as we are a member of a group of
3000 nationwide dealers
How can I get
FREE shipping?
In stock orders placed to the Continental USA
48 states in excess of $199.00 will be shipped FREE as well as packages weighing
2lbs or less to Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship either US Mail Priority or UPS
ground depending on weight of package (our choice). **Please note that if your
order includes a Pre Sell (P/S) item(s) and you wish for the in stock item to
ship immediately there will be a $9.95 shipping charge added to your total
before we ship unless both the in stock item(s) and Pre Sell (P/S) item(s)
each exceed $199.00 in which case we will ship 2 separate packages at no charge
to you.
What if my order
includes a Pre Sell (P/S) item(s)?
If you place an order that includes
a Pre Sell(P/S) item we will hold your order until the Pre Sell item(s)
become available and a tracking# will be emailed to you once your order
ships. If you wish for an in stock item to ship right away, please place
a separate order for a pre sell (P/S) item(s).
How much will
it cost to ship my order?
Orders
that total less than $199.00 to a continental USAaddress
will cost a flat rate of $9.95 going to a UPS shippable location. PO Box
orders in excess of 3 lbs will cost additional as well as orders shipped
to APO/FPO and International orders. You can check US Postal rates by clicking here.
How soon will
you ship my order?
All paid in stock purchases prior
to 3:00 pm CST during normal business days will ship same day.
How long will
it take to receive my order?

to see a chart of the United Parcel Service normal Ground
shipping times. We offer 2 day , 3 day
select and Overnight UPS shipping for additional
cost. Most packages that weigh 3 lbs or less will ship via US Mail Priority
2-3 day delivery at no additional cost. International orders are shipped
either US Express mail 2-3
day delivery on average or US standard Air
mail normal 5-14 day delivery. You
can check US Mail International rates by clicking here.
Do you ship to
PO Boxes, Military APO or FPO address or an International Country?
Yes, we ship to all of these locations
but only via US Mail. PO Box, APO or FPO military orders
are shipped either US Mail priority or US media mail. International
orders are shipped either US Express mail
2-3
day delivery on average or US standard Air
mail normal 5-14 day delivery. You can check

Will you email
a tracking# once you ship my package?
Yes, Sports Card Central will email
you the tracking# for your domestic package within 24 hours after we ship.

What payment
methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover
and Paypal. We also accept payments via check, certified bank check or
money order. We accept American Express through
Paypal only. Sorry no COD’s.
Do you accept
America Express?
We currently only accept American
Express through Paypal. When placing an order online through our shopping
cart, please select Paypal at checkout and we will email you a Paypal payment
request. How does Paypal work? Click here.
How can I pay
via Paypal?
Please use our shopping cart to
place your order. When you are ready to checkout, please select the Paypal
button for payment method. We will issue a Paypal payment request asap
and you will receive a payment form through Paypal. If you prefer, you

How long have
you been in business?
Sports Card Central the online superstore
was founded in June 1999. Sports Card Central is a division of BBC Enterprises
and was established in 1992. BBC Enterprises is a family owned and operated
business and has been serving collectors worldwide since 1992. We pride
ourselves on prompt delivery to several thousand satisfied customers worldwide.

What is your
return policy?
We will accept returns for undamaged
factory sealed merchandise if we are notified within 24 hours of your receipt.
We will not accept any returns for items bought in advance to a products
release (Pre Sell). Cost to ship the item back to us will be your responsibility
unless there was an error on our part in which case we will reimburse your
postage.
What is your
policy for Pre-Sell items?
All pre-sell items (items that have
not yet been released by a manufacturer) must be paid in full prior to
shipment. Prices for pre-sell items often fluctuate before and after immediate
release and our pricing will directly reflect our current
replacement costs. If you place an order for a pre sell item along with
an in stock item, we will ship your order when the pre sell item(s) become
available. If you need an in stock item shipped immediately, please place
a separate order for any pre-sell (P/S) item(s).
What if I wish
to cancel my Pre-Sell purchase?
We will accept cancellations on
a pre sell item only before an item has been shipped. There is a 20% restocking
fee on ALL canceled pre sell items. This is
to cover our expenses associated with having to commit to purchasing the
product as well as cover the expenses of credit card fees. Please be sure
that you know what you would like before placing an order on a pre sell
item. We guarantee delivery of what we sell so purchase with confidence.
How do you base
your prices?
Sports Card Central is a member
of two prominent dealer networks. We base our pricing on our replacement
costs for each item. Our pricing is updated multiple times daily and we
offer our best price to you each and every day. We own our 7000 square
foot warehouse and can keep our costs down with much lower overhead than
our competition.
Will you match
a competitor’s price?
We will do our best to keep you
as our customer and offer the best price we possibly can each and every
day. Many websites may show a lower price but you have to ask yourself.
Are their sites updated each and every day?
Are you confident that you will receive quality

Sealed and clean merchandise? Do they offer a return
policy if you are not satisfied? Do they offer FREE
shipping? Postage costs alone often exceed 8-10.00 for each order so factor
that in when making your choice. We value your business!!
Are all your
products in stock ready to ship?
Sports Card Central currently stocks
in house over 2000 different items. We own our 7000 square foot warehouse
and are located in the Central US to offer our customers fast shipping
anywhere in the USA. Occasionally we will have multiple orders for the
same item and can be temporarily out or back ordered on an item. We will
let you know immediately so that you can make a final purchase decision.
Pre-Sell items will ship within 5 days of manufacturers release date.

clients. We are printing up Gift Certificates in denominations of $25.00,
50.00 and 100.00.
